CANCELLATION POLICY

1* Bring exact cash if paying that way + tips appreciated. 2* All visits are by appointment only. 3* If you’re scheduling a virtual consultation with me, we’ll be doing a video call. Just a heads-up, if you don’t have an iPhone, please let me know! 4* When you get here for your service, please head inside the “LUXE SALON SUITE BY GOULD’S” and knock on room 121, let me know you’re there! If the front door is closed, no worries, just sit in your car and give me a call. 5* Please arrive on time or up to 5–10 minutes early. 6* Late arrivals over 20 minutes will be treated as a no-show. A cancellation fee is your deposit + 50% of the total your service cost will apply. 7* Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance; otherwise, the cancellation fee will apply. 8* Deposits are valid for 3 times rescheduling within a two-month period from the original appointment date. 9* The deposit will be added to your services, and it’s non-refundable, non-transferable. 10* Scalp Spa: We specialize in working with natural hair only. Scalp spa services are not suitable for clients with hair extensions or braids. 11* Hair Blow Dry For Scalp Spa: - Please note that we do not provide hair blow dry services. - However, we have a designated hair blow station where customers can blow dry their own hair. 12* After-hours appointments are available upon request, with an additional cost. *No kids. 13* Avoid caffeine & alcohol for 24 hours prior to your permanent makeup appointment. 14* Limit of one person per appointment except Scalp Spa service. 15* Training Class: The deposit and tuition fee are non-refundable. If you wish to transfer the deposit to another class, please notify us at least 14 days in advance.
